By accessing and using the Banknote Analyzer PWA (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. The Service uses AI for analysis; results are estimates and not financial advice. Upload only images you own or have rights to.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including AI models and reports, is owned by MoneyAnalyst or licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission. Uploaded images are processed but not stored beyond analysis unless you opt-in for records.
4. Privacy and Data
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We use Supabase and OpenAI for storage and analysis. Analysis results may be anonymized for improvement.
5. Limitations and Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties for accuracy or availability. You agree not to use for illegal purposes. Liability is limited to the amount paid (if any).
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Upon termination, your data may be deleted.
7. Governing Law
